Safa M. Riadh
Raised in Salt Lake City, Safa Michael Riadh received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2017. His practice focuses on bankruptcy, criminal defense, probate, and estate planning, along with civil litigation; he also engages in family law situations, with a focus on amicable divorces.
While in law school, Safa served as President of the Student Bar Association and Executive Board Member of the Idaho Law Review. Safa had the honor of competing for the University of Idaho College of Law’s bankruptcy moot court team at the prestigious Duberstein Moot Court Competition at St. John’s University. Safa interned at the Whitman County Prosecutor’s office and the Utah Supreme Court and District Court.
Safa is a driven, passionate, and hard-working attorney. He puts his clients first in a professional but personal manner. In his spare time, Safa enjoys spending time with his son, especially if it can be done while downhill skiing, fishing, or volunteering at his church.

Alexander Paul Gibson
Alex grew up in Post Falls, Idaho, where he graduated from Post Falls High School in 2014. He attended the University of Idaho, where he earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology, political science, and philosophy. During his time at the University of Idaho, he was a proud member of the Sigma Nu fraternity, and he continues his involvement with Sigma Nu as Chairman of the fraternity’s Alumni Advisory Board. After graduating from U of I, Alex attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he earned his Juris Doctor. Although law school took him out of state, Alex returned to North Idaho during school breaks and has always considered the Coeur d’Alene area home.
Alex began working with Valiant Law as a law clerk during the summer following his second year of law school, and he returned to Coeur d’Alene to join the firm full time after graduating. Alex’s practice focuses primarily on family law matters, including divorce, child custody and paternity actions, and post-decree modifications. He also represents clients in criminal defense matters and protection order proceedings throughout North Idaho.
Alex works diligently to ensure that his clients understand the legal process, the options available to them, and the potential consequences of important decisions. He believes careful preparation and clear communication are essential, and he takes pride in guiding his clients through every stage of the legal process. Alex recognizes that litigation can be a stressful and unfamiliar process, and he strives to aid his clients in a professional, diligent, and compassionate manner.
Outside of his legal practice, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors in North Idaho, including time at the lake and in the mountains camping, hunting, and fishing. He is also an avid student of jiu jitsu.

Erin E. Webb
Erin began her legal career at a mere 16 years of age. She earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree from North Idaho College in 1995 and has worked as a paralegal ever since, amassing a wealth of knowledge and experience. Erin’s specialty is bankruptcy, but her experience also includes litigation, real estate, estate planning, and probate. Erin is a third-generation Idaho native, and she brings that down-to-earth, friendly approach to clients under stress. When not helping clients, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, pursuing outdoor activities, and cooking.
