Attorney-at-law

Safa M. Riadh

Raised in Salt Lake City, Safa Michael Riadh received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2017. His practice focuses on bankruptcy, criminal defense, probate, and estate planning, along with civil litigation; he also engages in family law situations, with a focus on amicable divorces.

While in law school, Safa served as President of the Student Bar Association and Executive Board Member of the Idaho Law Review. Safa had the honor of competing for the University of Idaho College of Law’s bankruptcy moot court team at the prestigious Duberstein Moot Court Competition at St. John’s University. Safa interned at the Whitman County Prosecutor’s office and the Utah Supreme Court and District Court.

Safa is a driven, passionate, and hard-working attorney. He puts his clients first in a professional but personal manner.  In his spare time, Safa enjoys spending time with his son, especially if it can be done while downhill skiing, fishing, or volunteering at his church.

Paralegal

Erin E. Webb

Erin began her legal career at a mere 16 years of age.  She earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree from North Idaho College in 1995 and has worked as a paralegal ever since, amassing a wealth of knowledge and experience.  Erin’s specialty is bankruptcy, but her experience also includes litigation, real estate, estate planning, and probate. Erin is a third-generation Idaho native, and she brings that down-to-earth, friendly approach to clients under stress.  When not helping clients, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, pursuing outdoor activities, and cooking.

Paralegal

Kim Burrington

Kim hails from Whidbey Island, Washington, and moved to Idaho in 2016; she earned an Associate of Applied Science from North Idaho College.  Kim previously worked in the medical field but was inspired by a long line of relatives who were legal professionals (police officers, lawyers, and even a Judge) to enter the legal field. Kim is passionate about the law and finds the ever-changing rules, regulations, and nuances interesting. Her specialty is criminal defense and family law.  When not at the office, Kim enjoys family activities such as hiking and camping; if the weather is poor, you’ll find her nose in a book.
